Prabeen Prathapan
Executive ChefChef Prabeen brings over 17 years of culinary creativity and experience. Previously, he served as the Executive Chef at Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, CA. His other career opportunities include being an Executive Sous Chef at Montage Laguna Beach in Laguna Beach, CA and Chef de Cuisine at Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas, NV. His career highlights include working at two Forbes Five-star properties and helping Pasea Hotel achieve their AAA 4-Diamond. Chef Prabeen enjoys spending his free time, with his wife Fiona and 8-year-old daughter Saoirse. He also loves riding his bike, enjoying new delicacies, playing the guitar and visiting Disneyland.
Education: In 2004, Chef Prabeen earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Trivandrum, India.
